At Enso Design Lab, every piece is made with intention — not speed. Our items are handcrafted in small editions, and some are made to order. Because of this, our shipping rhythm reflects our production philosophy: slow, precise, and thoughtful.

Processing & Production Time

Many of our objects are limited editions or individually cast.
Unless otherwise specified, please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for in-stock items to be prepared and packaged
  • 3–5 weeks for made-to-order pieces (we will notify you of timelines upon order)

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on your region and product category.

Shipping Providers

We ship exclusively via DHL Express or other traceable, insured carriers.

Once your item is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Packaging

All objects are packaged with care using environmentally conscious materials, custom-fit boxes, and archival tissue. Packaging is part of the experience and reflects the stillness of the Circle.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to customs processing or local service issues.
We are not responsible for such delays but will assist with tracking and support when needed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at flow@ensodesignlab.com.
We will open a claim with the carrier and do our best to resolve the situation.

Note on Multiple Items

If you order multiple items across different chapters (e.g., jewelry and furniture), they may ship separately depending on production and storage locations. You will be notified accordingly.
