All objects listed are limited editions and are either made-to-order or produced in small batches.
Slight variations in material, finish, and form may occur — this is part of the nature of artisanal work.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Payments are processed securely through our checkout partners.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our full shipping policy is available here.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
